Mr. Harpal Singh is presently the Mentor & Chairman Emeritus of Fortis Healthcare Ltd. and the Former non-Executive Chairman of Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd.

Harpal Singh has long and wide ranging experience in the Corporate and Social sectors and has held leadership positions in the Automobile, Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors. Whilst chairing the Impact Group, he sits on the Board of the Escorts Heart Institute and Religare Enterprises. He sits on some of India's most renowned school and University Boards and is a member of the National Round Table on School Education. He is also a member of India-UK Round Table, India-US Strategic Dialogue and of the Public Health Foundation of India. He is the Founder Chairman of Nanhi Chhaan and Chronic Care Foundations.Mr. Singh is Chair of INDIA800 Foundation, India Office, whose mandate is to work on several arenas on the social agenda of the country including Children and Education, Women and Livelihood, Science and Technology for the poor and Human Rights.

He is currently the Chairman of the Save the Children, India Board. He also Director of the Board of Save the Children International, UK and also serves on the Boards of two UK subsidiaries of Save the Children International.

Mr. Deepak Nirula has over 30 years experience of Planning, Design and Operations in the Hotel, Food Service & Food Processing Industries in India and USA. He was the Managing Director of Nirula's (1976 - 2006) which owns and operates Hotels, Restaurants, Pastry Shops, Ice Cream Parlours & Food Processing Factories

He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Hotel & Restaurant Administration) from School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University, Ithaca New York, USA.

Mr. Singhal is a Mechanical Engineer from BITS Pilani has technical experience covering Operations, Maintenance and Project Management in large industrial plants. Mr. Singhal has General Management experience via his role as President/ CEO of JK, Indo Rama and Fortis Healthcare where he had bottom line responsibilities. As CEO of Fortis Healthcare (for 5 years) he erected the most modern 250 Bed Hospital in Mohali, in record time of 18 months following global standards in collaboration with PHS, Boston. Attended Harvard Business School in 1995 He also served as Country Director for Clinton Foundation for India, which is the largest of 60 country programs in the world.

Aman is a management professional with 12+ years of experience in real estate, private equity, and consulting areas in US and India. Aman's exposure to the real estate sector has been widespread including hands on experience in construction, project management, project financing, marketing, sales, and project development. A majority of Aman's development efforts have focused around niche 'concept based' projects including luxury second homes, wellness communities, senior citizen estates, and exclusive corporate towers less than 50,000 square feet. Aman has also been active in exploring various initiatives in setting up and management of domestic and FDI Real Estate focused private equity funds in India. Prior to entering the Real Estate sector, Aman was with the Corporate Finance Division of Ernst and Young India as Associate Vice President where he was primarily involved with valuation and business strategy assignments. He started his career with the Investment Banking division of PaineWebber Incorporated in USA. Aman holds a BBA from Babson College, USA and a Diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Jaivir Singh is currently the Vice President of Impact Projects and Impact Senior Living Estates. He is involved in driving the groups Marketing - Communications and Business Development areas and plays a crucial role in defining future areas of growth for the group companies. He was previously involved with Fortis Healthcare Ltd in Corporate Marketing and Operations related activities. He was also involved in the up gradation of one of the oldest hospitals in Delhi-Jessa Ram Hospital. Mr. Singh is also an active participant in Industry Bodies such as the Young Indians Forum of the Confederation Of Indian Industry (CII). Mr. Singh is also an Advisor to the Dean of the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, USA and is actively involved with Educational Institutions at various levels being a Managing Committee member of the Salwan Public School. Mr. Singh has done his schooling from the Doon School in Dehra Dun post which he went for further studies in Marketing to the London School of Marketing & Management in the UK.

He is professional doctor and has worked almost 32 years as Punjab Civil Medical Service officer. He has vast Administrative experience in various Health delivery systems. He had very successfully launched National Rural Health Mission of the Prime Minister in the Districts of Amritsar and Tarntaran. He retired after attaining the age of super annuation on 2009. He worked at very senior positions in Health Department of Government of Punjab.

He is a sales professional having 10+ years experience in sales and marketing of service industries. He has rich experience of sales in Hospitality, Educational and insurance industry. He was instrumental in launching new projects very successfully in hospitality and educational sectors. He is Post Graduate in Marketing.

A Marketing Professional, Shehbaz has completed his education from Indian Institute of Planning and Management, New Delhi and earlier he is an alumnus of The Doon School, Dehradun. Shehbaz has been coordinating Executive Training & Continuous Education programs with faculties from top universities across the world for managers & professionals who want to enhance their life skills. Hundreds of people have benefited from such programs while Shehbaz worked as an Associate with Planman Consulting, New Delhi. Shehbaz is focusing his career in the Healthcare & Hospitality Service Industry. He is now researching the concept of Care & Lifestyle for the elderly and for this he has joined as an Assistant Manager with the Impact Group for Senior Living Estates.
